PVC Plastisol is a
vinyl compound that is produced from dispersions of polyvinyl chloride resins in plasticizers, and are modified with other
additives to give a range of plastisols with widely varying properties.
It is viscous liquid at room
temperature and gels to a solid during coating or molding process.
When heated, PVC Plastisol fuses and is converted into a tough,
homogenous mass with excellent abrasion, aging, corrosion, and
electrical resistance - never to liquefy again. |
