ชนิดพลาสติก

Polyethylene (PE)

เป็นพลาสติกชนิด Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) สำหรับชุบเคลือบตะแกรง ตะกร้า เพื่อป้องกันสนิม ให้พื้นผิวเรียบและมันเงาเพิ่มความสวยงามแก่ชิ้นงาน มีคุณสมบัติคงทนต่อการเสียดสี (Abrasion resistance) ทนต่อกรด ด่าง เจือจาง สามารถใช้งานได้ทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคาร

Applications:

Air-conditioner fan guards (compressor units), refrigerator racks, wireworks

Automotive parts - bonnet stays, battery cases, roof racks

Outdoor furniture and others - benches, lamp posts, fencing, handrails, cable trays and supports

Nylon (Polyamide-11)

Nylon เป็นชื่อที่รู้จักกันทั่วไปของ Polyamide-11 (PA-11) ซึ่งเป็น Thermoplastic powder ที่มีความคงทนต่อสภาพการใช้งานในอุณหภูมิสูงได้ถึง 100°C ทนทานต่อการกัดกร่อนจากสารเคมีประเภทด่าง เกลือ และ Solvents ทั่วไปได้ดี แต่ไม่ทนต่อกรดเข้มข้น (Strong mineral acids), Acetic acid และละลายใน Phenols ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ชุบด้วยไนลอนจะมีผิวเป็นมันเงาและลื่น ทนต่อการเสียดสีได้สูง มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเสียดทานต่ำ (Low coefficient of friction)

Halar® E-CTFE

Halar เป็นพลาสติกชนิดสารประกอบประเภท Fluoropolymer ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติพิเศษในการทนต่อการกัดกร่อนจากสารเคมี ความร้อน และกระแสไฟฟ้า ได้เป็นอย่างดี นอกจากนี้ยังมีคุณสมบัติไม่ติดไฟและสามารถคงสภาพได้ดีช่วงอุณหภูมิต่างๆ ด้วยโครงสร้างทางเคมีที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะชนิด Ethylene-Chorotrifluoroethylene Copolymer (E-CTFE) ทำให้ Halar มีคุณสมบัติพิเศษกว่าสารประกอบ Fluorocarbon Polymer อื่นๆ

Semiconductor and electronic process equipment - semiconductor chemical storage tanks, clean room equipment, electroplating equipment
